Chapter One: Morning Glory



Everyone in the town heard the crash. It was hard for anyone to miss it. Even those in thier beds woke with a start at the tremendous sound. The meteor crash landed in a canyon near the mountains. The town of Tniel was abuzz with curiosity, the early morning chaos an unwelcome wake up call. On that morning, the meteor held one particular person's interest. Her name was Kasey, a unique child she was. For altough she was only 5, she had mastered speech. She was also a qualified genius. She lived at a research lab where she was studied. She watched the meteor fron the window of her room. She was different than the other residents of Tniel, she could cause wonderful things with just her mind. Her many skills were written down on a sheet by a researcher



She shows the rare skill to use psychokensis, or, the ability to change her environment with only her mind. These are the skills we've mapped so far, but who knows, she may have even greater power! We put PK before something to signify that it is a psychokenetic skill



PK Bloom: A large rose grows right in front of her, and shoots thorns in the direction opposite to her

Note: We were so worried that when she first did this attack, she'd attack herself...



PK Synth: She uses the power of the sun to give her energy

Note: she first used this when she nearly fell asleep durning lessons!



PK Vine: A thorn-laiden vine comes from the ground and heads straight for the foe

Note: She nearly got one on of the researchers with this one...



PK Rose Rain: Her strongest skill, many roses with stems heavy with thorns fall from the sky in such a torrent that they are unavoidable, she however, is unharmed

Note: We needed to up our insurance after she used this...



PK Rise: She can make herself float with her mind

Note: She uses this to steal treats...



PK Stratos: She can call a cloud that she can float on

Note: She's not allowed to do this inside anymore, not after she broke a window...



She made sure they were asleep, then she packed what she'd need. A few day's food and she was good to go. The reson she packed was that the meteor was far away. The radius of the explosion made it visible from miles away. She wanted to see what was going on, and she never took no for an answer. She took one last look at the lab. The researchers had been so nice, taking her in when she was orphaned, but she had to see what was going on. So she headed down the path, starting a brisk run. She couldn't shake off the feeling that something big was going down. On her way there, a snake suddenly uncoiled itself, and charged at her. "Of course, what's a meteor crash without wierd animal attacks?" she said under her breath. She found a stick, and began attacking the serphentine reptile. Eventually, she subdued it, and ran along. More came, but she used PK Bloom to rid herself of them so she could continue. Not rain nor sleet nor snow nor agitated animals were going to keep her from her exploration, it was time!



Meanwhile, the canyon became aglow with green light. Two strange creatures had a human as a captive. He couldn't understand thier odd dielect, but he knew they were asking him something. "I can't undertsand what you're saying!" They wanted something, that was clear. They threw him to the ground, and walked off. But not before droping a projectile that looked like frog spawn. They ran, and an explosion behind them could be heard, mingled with the man's scream. The creatures continued on, someone had to have what they wanted. They were looking for a plant, but not just any plant, a rose...



Such a rose was in the planter pot that Kasey carried with her, she'd had the rose with her seince she'd come to the lab. She could actually talk to it through her mind, and it could answer. It was her only friend, she didn't get along well with the researchers. The aliens began to leave, as Kasey walked towards them. The Mothership had landed, and the search was on!



Next: Chapter Two: Snap Dragon

Summary: Kasey's still trying to get to the crash site when she stops in a curious town. All the plants have died. She is torn between two great interests. If she stops, the aliens might leave, but she could never ignore plants... And when a mutated robo-flower attacks her, she has a difficult choice to make

Uh, how did this happen? I guess Earthbound shouldn't have left his account opened at the public library. Hey, DP do you go to the Pendleton Library? I guess that is the only way that you could have used his account. Ah, well. You made another story! Maybe we could be guest stars? *Wink Wink*

I'll try, and yes, I did go there, I go to the library whenever I visit a town. I don't live in indiana, all you have is corn!!! Hehehe...

Yep, it is true! That is why I hate it too. That is just a weird coincidence then.

I don't want to stay here I want to move somewhere where things actually happen. We did have an earthquake this morning too.
