Skymin!

I've heard rumors that Skymin (Shaymin Sky Forme) is going to be banned from tournaments for being an uber! Untrue! It can be OHKOd by a pokemon useing Ice STAB (same type attack bonus) What are your thoughts, should Skymin be outlawed?

Well, most if not all Legendaries are banned even if they are uber. So, Shaymin will most likely be banned. Can you explain STAB and such to me?

Say a Regice uses Blizzard. Because Regice is ice type Blizzard gets a bonus. That is STAB.

Bascily, if a pokemon is a certian type, and the pokemon uses a move of the same type, it's powered up. Because of this, any Ice STAB would kill Skymin, so making it an uber wouldn't make sense.
You can't keep a good... er... bad... er... you can't keep a wierd scarecrow like kid being taken over by a mask down!

One of a Kindness shouldn't ban you from a tournament, what if I cut of the evolutionary chain and thus made an uber of... mudkipz? HM? EH?

They normally are. I would take an uber Mudkip though!
